We have rooms on hold from 2-6 March. You should contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. The hotel will hold a mix of room types and will provide the type of room requested at the time the reservation is made, based on availability. You should identify the event by name and event number.

$ 99 for a Classic Room with one queen or one king bed
$ 99 for a Classic Room with two custom (4’x6′) beds; each accommodates one person
$ 129 for a Select Room with two queen or two double beds
The hotel will honor the rates noted above three days pre and post event, based on availability.
The room rate includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, one parking pass per room, per night (allowing in and out privileges), and access to our complimentary shuttle van service available to transport hotel guests locally, based on availability. Additionally, UGA Hotel conferees have special access, for a nominal daily fee, to the Ramsey Student Activities Center which includes an indoor track, three swimming pools, enormous weight room, and racquetball courts.
Individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and paying for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. Reservations may be made by telephone (1-800-884-1381 or 706-542-2134), or through the Georgia Center website (www.UGAHotel.com) using block code 85616.
The Georgia Center will hold the block of rooms until February 3, 2016.
The Georgia Center will continue to accept reservations after this date, provided rooms are available, at the rates noted above. You must identify yourself as part of the Group to receive the Group rate.
Athens is located about an hour northeast of Atlanta, and is serviced by regular shuttles to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
